The American breakfast options could use improvement, as they felt quite limited compared to the local Vietnamese offerings that were also available.

The room was well-appointed with kitchenette when upgraded. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Immaculate, reasonably large rooms provided with the essential basics, balcony, as example. Had gates. Location so close to even the taxi from the airport, shops, restaurants and a very short walk from the beach and landmarks.

My stay was fantastic! The breakfasts were freshly made with a good variety, and the rooftop pool was perfect for evening dips under the stars. Just a minor hitch with the A/C not being as silent as expected.

The bathroom design lacks efficiency. The toilet placement restricts movement, despite the spaciousness elsewhere. The bed linens and towels show signs of wear, needing urgent replacement due to holes. The bathroom lighting near the mirror is inadequate.

Access to the hotel is a bit awkward!!! The entrance through the spa reception feels unwelcoming, and the side alley often has muddy conditions from nearby eateries!!! A better pathway would enhance guest experience!!!

What a lekker spot! Super comfy room with a great view and the staff? Ag man, they were just amazing. They even set me up with a tour at a sweet price. Plus, the brekkie was freshly cooked and just for me!

Only slight hassle was finding the place tucked away in an alley, but once there, it was pure bliss!

Loved hanging out with friends in our spacious room with a great view! The rooftop pool was perfect. We also checked out the local markets, a blast! The breakfast was fresh each morning and the staff were super accommodating.

The only downside was the minor hassle of getting to the hotel through a side alley that could be muddy at times.

Comfortable and spacious rooms contribute to a wonderful stay, upgraded with a fantastic green balcony. The friendly receptionist provided exemplary service, helping with local directions and spa bookings. The breakfast featured delectable chocolate croissants. Access through the spa reception felt less cute, and the side alley can be muddy, detracting from the overall experience.

The Executive Apartment was awesome. Big space, kitchen was well stocked. Loved the balcony views! The rooftop pool was a highlight. Great spot to chill. The staff really made our anniversary special. Daily housekeeping provided fresh drinking water, and breakfast was fantastic with local options. Spa next door was super convenient too!
